RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days in Original package, Unused and Re-sellable condition.
1. RETURN PROCEDURE
1-1. Please email us at vip@cexxyhair.com and send your order number and request. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address .When we receive the returned items, we will inspect to see if you qualify for a refund. Items being worn or tampered with or without original package cannot be refunded. We guarantee money back on all acceptance returns.
1-2. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from.
2.RETURN PERIOD
2-1. Return and exchange are only available with 30 days of the date that you receive the hairs.customized order don't accept return or change unless have quality problem.
3.RETURN SHIPPING FEE
3-1. For the reasons that dislike the items or exchange, buyers should be pay for the return shipping fee and custom fee . customized order online could not accept return or change except quality problem.
4.REFUND TIME
4-1. After items inspected and confirmed as acceptable returns, a full refund will be provided.Please allow financial institution 3-4 business days to process the refund.All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
