2. ADDRESS
2-1. Physical address is necessary, please DO NOT leave P.O box as DHL cannot delivery. It is buyer’s responsibility to provide correct address for shipment. We encourage all customer double check your info before confirm payment. If you want to amend or change address, please contact us as soon as placing order. We will try our best to help you .
3. TAXES AND DUTIES
3-1. Kindly noted that taxes and duties are not included in the price of good you purchase from our website.Buyers should be responsible for any taxes and duties in order to receive the package. These fees are not collected by Cexxy hair so we cannot advise the amount, and it cannot be refunded,either. Please contact your local Customs Authority for information.
4. RETURNS
4-1. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Cexxy hair for exchange.Please refer to our return policy for details.
5. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVE
5-1. Please Do Not authorize DHL to leave your package at your door because this cause package lost. If you insist taking this risk, we are unable to help you in this circumstance. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact DHL to investigate this issue.
